Raised in Miami by working class immigrant parents from Cuba, Arianna’s parents instilled in her a profound respect for the rule of law. Her parents may not have had much in material possessions, but they taught Arianna to strive for more, to treat others with honesty and respect, and to confront challenges head-on without fear of failure. Over the years, these lessons guided Arianna through college, graduate school, law school, and now the practice of law. These lessons eventually morphed into the founding principles of her firm: Excellence, Integrity, and Perseverance.
Before starting her firm, Arianna worked at a civil litigation firm in Cutler Bay, Florida. During that time, Arianna concentrated her practice in the areas of breach of contract, insurance law, business law, appellate practice, consumer protection cases, real estate law. and condominium law. Arianna helped launch the firm’s Appellate division and served as Second Chair on the firm’s civil appellate cases. Arianna is admitted to practice in the United States Southern District of Florida and is a Florida Supreme Court County Mediator
Eventually, Arianna decided to open her own law practice to provide legal services to clients in the South Florida area. Arianna’s approach to the practice of law is summarized by the founding principles of her firm: Excellence, Integrity, and Perseverance.
- Excellence-from day one of the representation focusing on achieving the best results for the client, advancing high standards in the practice of law, and empowering the client to take an active role in the representation of their case;
- Integrity- treating clients with honesty and respect, appreciating the client as individual and rejecting a one-size fits all approach, demonstrating the highest levels of professionalism toward the Court, members of the legal profession, and treating members of our staff with appreciation and respect;
- Perseverance-rejecting the mentality of failure and striving to find creative legal solutions to achieve the best results for clients.
Arianna graduated from St. Thomas University School of Law with a Certificate in Criminal Litigation.
